1. About YesIntern

YesIntern.in ("YesIntern", "we", "us") is a platform built for engineering, CS, and IT students in India to discover startup internships, track applications, and get AI-generated interview preparation. YesIntern is currently operated as an independent, unincorporated project and is not a registered company. By using YesIntern, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Who can use YesIntern

YesIntern is intended for students and early-career job seekers. You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use this platform. If you are under the age required to do so in your jurisdiction, you should only use YesIntern with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Account and sign-in

You sign in to YesIntern using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account you use to sign in. We do not store your Google password.

4. Internship listings

Internship and company listings on YesIntern are curated from sources including Y Combinator (YC) job boards, Wellfound, and company career pages. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that any listing is current, error-free, or that applying will result in an interview or offer. YesIntern is not affiliated with, and does not represent, any company listed on the platform. When you click "Apply", you are taken to a third-party site or the company's own application process, which YesIntern does not control.

5. Resume rating and AI features

YesIntern offers an AI-generated resume rating tool and AI-generated interview preparation content. These are provided as a study and self-improvement aid only. They are generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You should not treat AI-generated feedback as professional career, legal, or placement advice, and final responsibility for your resume, applications, and interview performance remains yours.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use YesIntern for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute YesIntern's listings or content at scale
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to YesIntern's systems
  • Upload malicious files or content through the resume upload feature
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

7. Reporting broken listings

If you notice a broken or outdated internship listing, you can flag it using the report option on that listing. We review reports on a best-effort basis.

8. No warranty

YesIntern is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YesIntern and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to any outcome of an internship application made through a listing found on YesIntern.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of YesIntern after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
